Frozen yogurt with summer fruit jam

1 In a small pot, combine 1 tablespoon of lemon juice with a little water.
2 Pour in one packet of unflavored gelatin and let it set for 5 minutes.
3 Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
4 Mix 1 cup of Can Bech summer fruit jam with the yogurt. Beat it until it is a homogenous mixture. Gradually, while beating, add the gelatin.
5 Separately, mix 1/2 cup cream with 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and add to the previous mixture. Blend well and pour into ice cube trays.
6 Place in the freezer.
7 20 minutes before serving, take the ice cube trays out of the freezer. Let them soften a little bit.
8 Cut into pieces, place in the blender and beat until it is creamy, still thick and very cold.
9 Sirve immediately in individual glasses and decorate with pieces of fruit.
