Nut creamy cake with apricot jam

1 Beat 4 yolks of egg and 100 gr icing sugar, until creamy.
2 The egg whites until stiff and set aside. Pour 100gr of melted butter and 150 grams of chocolate fondant to the yolks.
3 Then put 100 grams of chopped nuts and finally add a teaspoon of yeast and 75 gr of flour. Carefully mix the egg whites until stiff.
4 Place in the oven to 180 º C degrees for 30 minutes.
5 Serve the cake with apricot jam on top.
