|1 ||Cut the tip of 8 bone pork ribs cuted in one piece. We salted and we take out the fat. Smeared with butter.
We put them in a placed with an appropriate source and fed into the furnace, first over high heat and then heat it more smooth. Irrigated with cooking sauce and removed from the oven when cooked.
Ribs smeared with bitter orange marmalade and fed back into the oven for 5 minutes.
Served wrapped in orange and apple slices that we have put in a little butter in a skillet.
We served aside bitter orange marmalade.
