Mango chutney

Mango chutney with green pepper and vinegar. Chutneys are sweet and sour sauces made from fruits, vegetables, and spices. We have adapted them to the Mediterranean style with spices from our own cuisine. The results are harmonious flavors that are not as spicy as the original recipes from India.
It is ideal for adding an original touch to a salad, for pairing with a smoked salmon canape, or for making a sandwich with curried chicken and lamb's lettuce. Ingredients Mango, green pepper, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and ginger.

Recommendation

Curried chicken brioche with mango chutney and lamb`s lettuce

1 Chop the chicken in cubes and season with salt and pepper.
2 Fry in a pan with hot oil and add the amount of curry you desire.
3 When it is almost ready, add the mango chutney and mix it well.
4 Take brioches and cut them in half.
5 Fill them with the lamb's lettuce and the curried chicken and mango chutney mixture.
6 Serve on a tray for an excellent appetizer!
