Apricot jam

Made with apricots from Girona, it is one of our classic and most-valued jams. Made with fresh apricots at the precise moment of ripening, which provide the pure, authentic flavor of this summer fruit to enjoy all year round.
It is ideal on toast with Manchego or Camembert cheese, with a chocolate cookie, or for filling a Sacher Torte. Ingredients Apricots, sugar, apple pectin, and lemon juice.


Nut creamy cake with apricot jam

1 Beat 4 yolks of egg and 100 gr icing sugar, until creamy.
2 The egg whites until stiff and set aside. Pour 100gr of melted butter and 150 grams of chocolate fondant to the yolks.
3 Then put 100 grams of chopped nuts and finally add a teaspoon of yeast and 75 gr of flour. Carefully mix the egg whites until stiff.
4 Place in the oven to 180 º C degrees for 30 minutes.
5 Serve the cake with apricot jam on top.
