Blueberry jam

An exquisite jam. Blueberries are very prized for their tart flavor, but also for their nutritious properties. This fruit is very rich in vitamin C and antioxidants which give them the characteristic blue color.
It combines with Tahitian vanilla ice cream and licorice, or with nuts, or it can be used for preparing a meat sauce. It is also wonderful for covering blueberry cheesecakes. Ingredients Sugar, blueberries, apple, and lemon juice.
