Lemon, orange, and grapefruit jam

This is a jam made from citrus fruits: oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. Rich in vitamin C, this jam is very healthy and will dazzle the taste buds of citrus lovers.
It combines with a dark chocolate brownie with nuts, as a base for preparing a vinaigrette for duck magret carpaccio, or simply for spreading on butter cookies. Ingredients Grapefruit, orange, lemon, and sugar.


Trunk chocolate mousse lemon marmalade, orange and grapefruit

1 Chop 400 grams of black chocolate and melt bath.
2 Warm the lemon, orange and grapefruit marmalade at a very low temperature and pass through the blender, until a fine puree.
3 Stir in melted chocolate and a pinch of cinnamon and stir until the mixture cools.
4 Make 400 ml of whipping cream very strong and stirring, add the chocolate cream.
5 Moisten with 4 tablespoons of rum, 8 slices of cake and line the bottom and edges of an elongated mold with plastic wrap.
6 Place half of the chocolate mousse in the bottom of the mold and place a layer of cake on top.
7 Cover with half the mousse and dispose of it the rest of the cake. Finish with a layer of mousse and smooth the surface with a spatula.
8 Cover pan with plastic wrap and let stand in refrigerator for 12 hours.
9 At serving time, unmold the cake on a serving dish and decorate cold with grated chocolate and candied fruit.
10 If you want you can use other jams.

Grape and citric breakfast crepes

1 Make the crepes as usual
2 To prepare the topping, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of orange juice. Cook, stirring, until sugar melts. Add 1/2 cup of grapes without seeds and cut and three tablespoons of orange, lemon and grapefruit jam. Heat just until warmed through. Remove from the heat and cover.
3 To serve, fold each crepe into quarters. Pour the fruit mixture over the crepes. Top with vanilla yogurt and granola clusters.
