Earl grey tea jelly

Jelly with natural Earl Grey tea leaves in suspension. The Earl Grey mix is obtained with fermented black tea from India and Sri Lanka, perfumed with bergamot oil. A legendary blend that Can Bech reinterprets and adapts in an original and delicious jelly. A treat for your senses.
Goes well with a nice salad of grapes and walnuts, with toast and Ricotta cheese, or simply with cakes or buttered toast. Ingredients Water, sugar, lemon juice, Earl Grey tea (4%), and apple pectin.

Recommendation

Vol-au-vent of Ricotta cheese with walnuts, Earl Grey tea jelly, and honey

1 Fill vol-au-vent cases with Ricotta cheese mixed with walnut pieces.
2 Add the Early Grey tea jelly on top and heat the honey in order to decorate with a thin filament.

Sea bream fillets with Earl Grey tea jelly

1 Salt and pepper the sea bream fillets.
2 Pre-heat the oven to 210 ºC.
3 Place the sea bream fillets on the oven tray lined with waxed paper and sprinkle the fillets with olive oil
4 Bake for 10 minutes.
5 To serve, place the fillets on the plates and cover the upper part with Can Bech Earl Grey tea jelly.
