Allioli sauce (garlic mayonnaise)

This traditional recipe is based only on garlic and oil, with the authentic texture of handmade allioli sauce. It is a natural product prepared with only fresh garlic.
It combines very well with grilled meat, like lamb or chicken, and also hamburgers and brochettes. Serve it also with cod or snails. Ingredients Oil, garlic, salt, and lemon juice.

Recommendation

Salmon with alioli

1 Cut the onion in slices and fry it with olive oil. When it is cooked add green beans , green pepper and zucchini all cut and cook them for 5 minutes with salt and pepper.
2 Put a cylindrical mold in the dish and add first the vegetables, a potato pure and finally a layer of ailioli CAN BECH and remove the mold.
3 Add salmon grilled on top and serve it warm.

Grilled squid with alioli

1 Peel some potatoes, wash them and cut in slices. Add salt and pepper. Fry the potatoes in a pan with abundant olive oil.
2 Mix in a bowl parsley, lemon juice, salt and olive oil.
3 Brush the squid with this mix and grill them for the two sides.
4 Add in a dish the squid, the potatoes and the alioli.
5 Serve it with parsley on top.

Salmon with alioli

1 Cut salmon in four big pieces and put them in a platter
2 Add salt, pepper and olive oil and leave off for 15 minutes. After this time, fry the salmon for the two sides in a pan with olive oil
3 Keep it warm.
4 Peel potato, cut it and boil it for 10 minutes. Mashed it to make a pure.
