Autumn fruit jam

The autumn fruit jam is made with mango, apple and pear; the fruits which give autumn its color and aroma. We combine the best autumn fruits to enjoy them all year round. Autumn represents the changes which occur in our daily routines, the landscape, our wardrobe, gastronomy and our emotions. It is a time for reflection and walking among the trees. A moment for regaining the little things that please us: making a good supper, lighting a fire, watching a movie, etc. Intensify your autumn feelings with this warm mix.
It is ideal for making vinaigrettes for salads, like apple and pomegranate salad or chicken and toasted almond salad. It pairs with cheese like Gruyere and Brie and can be used as a base for preparing a delicious sauce to accompany duck confit, turkey, or free-range eggs. Ingredients Sugar, mango, apple, pear, lemon juice, and apple pectin.

Recommendation

Spinach salad with pomegranate, chicken, Parmesan cheese, and autumn fruit vinaigrette

1 Combine spinach and diced chicken.
2 Add pomegranate and Parmesan cheese shavings.
3 To finish off, make a vinaigrette with extra virgin olive oil, a teaspoon of mustard, a dash of wildflower honey, and a teaspoon of autumn fruit jam.
4 Mix well with the spinach and serve.

Brie bonbons with autumn fruit jam

1 Take the Brie cheese out of the refrigerator and cut it up into small triangles.
2 Dip it in egg and bread crumbs and repeat to give it more texture.
3 Fry in very hot oil so that the cheese will not melt and drain on absorbent paper towels.
4 Serve with autumn fruit jam.

Chestnut cake with autumn fruit jam

1 Place 350 g of chestnut cream in a bowl, mix with 3 beaten egg yolks, and add 40 g of almond powder.
2 Beat 4 egg whites to stiff peak formation with a pinch of salt and carefully fold in to the previous mixture. (First fold in a little and then the rest.)
3 Pour the mix into a 24 or 26 cm diameter mold, previously greased with butter and lined with baking paper.
4 Bake in the oven at 180 ºC for 30 minutes.
5 Remove, let it cool a little, and unmold.
6 Add Can Bech autumn fruit jam to accompany the portions.
