Our beginnings ego back to 1981, when we, the Bech family, opened our restaurant in Fontanilles, a little village on the Costa Brava. One of the most famous dishes was “bandaged” cottage cheese (wrapped in cheese cloth) with Empordà fig preserve, a dessert that was very popular in the region.
