Octopus leg from the Octopus Vulgaris species, cooked and moulded in its own gelatine. It is presented in fine layers and in individual portion packs.

Practical product with quick regeneration (5 min), as it is presented frozen and ready to put on the plate, dress to your own liking and serve.

Combine with...

Add a few potato dices, season with paprika, olive oil and salt flakes.

Preparation

1. Remove the carpaccio from the pack.  

2. Open the pack with the frozen product.  

3. Plate the frozen carpaccio, remove the plastic support and wait 10 minutes.  

4. Dressing to taste.
