The pork ribs are slowly confit at low temperature for more than 16h with bourbon sauce. The product is vacuum packed and refrigerated (keep between 0ºc and 5ºc). Ready to heat and consume.
They can be served with fried or baked potatoes, onion confit or a variety of roasted vegetables.
PREPARATION OPTIONS:
-MICROWAVE: Heat 3 minutes the product inside the bag (without piercing) in the microwave at maximum power. Open the bag being careful not to burn yourself and serve.
-OVEN: Heat the oven to 200ºc. Open the bag and pour the contents on the tray, brown the ribs for 6 minutes and serve.
-PAELLA: Open the bag and pour the contents into the paella pan, heat the product for 5 minutes (turn the product over) and serve.
-BARBECUE: Remove the product from the bag, heat the sauce separately and brown the ribs on the barbecue for 6 minutes (3 minutes per side) and serve.
Ingredients: pork rib 90%, bourbon sauce 8% (brown sugar, red onion, Aujus broth [water, red wine (contains SULPHITES), beef flavored broth (contains SOY), Worcestershire sauce (contains FISH) and celery salt], water, apple cider vinegar, coloring (E150a), SOY sauce (water, SOY, WHEAT and salt), bourbon 1.9%, whiskey, corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, white pepper, natural flavors, tabasco and garlic powder), balsamic vinegar [wine vinegar (contains SULPHITE), grape must concentrate and coloring (E150d)], salt and pepper.
May contain traces of milk, crustaceans and mollusks.
