We have adapted them to the Mediterranean style with spices from our own cuisine. The results are harmonious flavors that are not as spicy as the original recipes from India.
It is ideal for pairing with foie gras and pâtés. It is also wonderful for making sandwiches with baguette bread, arugula and Parmesan cheese, or for pairing it with bleu cheese.
