Figs with marc de cava are figs in syrup with a final touch of marc de cava liquor, made with one of the highest regarded liquors of Catalonia: L'Esperit, d'Agustí Torelló i Mata. This product combines the sweetness of the black fig with the most exquisite liquor, and forming a delicious product for all types of dishes.
Can Bech recommends that you accompany it with foie gras, cured cheeses, and almond or hazelnut nougat ice cream.
