EARL GREY TEA

Jelly with natural Earl Grey tea leaves in suspension. The Earl Grey mix is obtained with fermented black tea from Sri Lanka, perfumed with bergamot oil.

Goes well with a nice salad of grapes and walnuts, with toast and Ricotta cheese, or simply with cakes or buttered toast.

Their name comes from the French term "gelée" which means frozen, because the flowers or fruits that are added are suspended in the jelly as if they were frozen. At Can Bech we prepare them with real rose petals and with Earl Grey tea leaves.
