EARL GREY TEA

Jelly with natural Earl Grey tea leaves in suspension. The Earl Grey mix is obtained with fermented black tea from India and Sri Lanka, perfumed with bergamot oil.

Goes well with a nice salad of grapes and walnuts, with toast and Ricotta cheese, or simply with cakes or buttered toast.

Water, sugar, lemon juice, Earl Grey tea 4% and gelling agent: pectins.
