This marmalade is produced with sweet oranges from Valencia, one of the most famous varieties of oranges in Europe. It is a delicious marmalade that is slow cooked so that the oranges sweeten gradually.
It goes well with puff pastries with nuts, for preparing an orange sauce for duck, or simply with buttered toast.
