Our emotional hangover is capital, because a few weeks ago our entire sales team moved to IFEMA (Madrid) to participate in the 38th edition of the Salón Gourmets!
They were 4 days of very intense fair, in which we had presence in two spaces with our brands Can Bech and GBech 4aGama. In hall 6, stand I00, our colleagues Raúl, Javi and Ramon gave their all to present our novelties and most representative products, among which we could highlight our leeks confit, beef tail, suckling pig and all our pulleds, as well as our Can Bech sauces and jams to accompany all kinds of dishes!
And in parallel in Hall 8, stand 8C08, Alba Sala, our export manager, continued to make our Can Bech products known in the world, participating in multiple meetings with potential international customers and presenting some products that have been developed especially for the foreign market.
And to all of you who have visited us, we want to thank you, because for us this fair has meant much more than presenting a product, but a meeting point with our customers, in which you have transmitted us your needs and we have been able to nourish a lot of all your comments to continue improving, and always offering you the best possible product.
So we could not be more satisfied and above all grateful for all that this Salón Gourmets 2025 has given us. A THOUSAND THANKS to all of you to continue by our side!
It has been several months of effort preparing Alimentaria Barcelona 2024, and we could not be more satisfied with all the work done by our sales team!
Besides that, we really want to THANK all of you, clients and friends of ours, for having stopped by our stand to say hello, share some time together and learn a little more about what we are up to.
But the exhibitions season does not end here yet... Because on April 20 and 21 we will be in Vic, capital of Osona, at LACTIUM, the cheese sector food show, and then we’ll go to Madrid to attend at a new edition of the SALÓN GOURMETS, from April 22 to 25!
In Madrid we will have two stands: GBech 4aGama with everything for the hospitality food sector, in HALL 6 – STAND A01, and also with our Can Bech stand located in HALL 3 – A08! Don't miss it!
From 18 to 21 March we will be in the capital for a few days to be part of the international food, beverage and food service show!
Alimentaria is an international meeting point of reference for all professionals in the food and beverage sector. This year's edition will highlight the increase in the number of participation options, as well as promoting the differential values of this event: internationalisation, innovation, gastronomy and specialisation.
We will be waiting for you at stand E151 in hall 1, at Alimentaria Barcelona, with all our sales team from Can Bech and GBech!

At the Gastronomic Forum in Barcelona we won the prize for the Most Original Flavour, for our GBech beef ribs! Alba and Raul were in charge of collecting the award, what a great representation we have! To present the dish to the jury, Raul prepared our ribs with a special sauce based on GBech onion confit, Can Bech fig chutney, our dark veal stock and a little black truffle. We can assure you that it was delicious!
For those of you who already know it, and for those of you who don't, the rib confit is a very tender, tasty, melt-in-the-mouth piece, as well as being easy to handle and with a great presentation!
